Should I take plan b?

I was hooking up with this guy last night and he didn’t want to use a condom but I told him I wouldn’t do anything until he used one. So we did and I also told him I have an iud (I’ve had it for almost 2 months now). Halfway during sex I got off him and ripped off the condom and give him head until he came. He came a lot and it got all over the blanket and his car and it spilled out the sides of my mouth and onto my hands. I wiped up my hands and put my clothes back on and he found it in a lot of places. I get really paranoid and was wondering should I take a plan b? Or is it really not worth it since I used protection and have an IUD?
