Little question! Mini pill & Pcos

I'm on the mini pill and have been for YEARS at this point. I have a quick question! I know periods are super irregular and can be long/short etc

But mine are SUPER irregular, which doesnt scare me or anything but the thing that worries me is after me and my partner would have intercourse I would bleed and itll be like a whole period again (light old blood) that can be weeks. We arent rough or anything so I'm just a bit confused, is it normal?

I have recently been diagnosed with Polysistc ovaries (only in my right) so would that be a link?

Any thoughts?
