Low platelet count

Hello mamas and mamas to be! Has anyone been diagnosed with Thrombocytopenia or (low platelet count) in their last few weeks of pregnancy? My levels went from a 138 to 114 in a week and I’m worried about what this means for delivery. Anyone been through this?
