Withdrawal bleeding or natural period?

Hi guys, so I have a background of pcos and the last day I stopped birth control was the 11.08.2020.

Today was the first time I noticed dark red blood on me. Every time I get my period using birth control it starts brownish but this time was really bright red. I also had cramps before that and on birth control I don’t experience cramps.

So as it has been a bit more than a month since I stopped the pill could it be my natural period that has come?

I read online that within 2-4 weeks women have withdrawal bleeding after stopping the pill.

I’m excited to think it is my natural period because I havint had it for years due to pcos, unless I’m on birth control.

Also, does it mean I have a high chance of conceiving this month?
