I dont know where to post this or what to do

My doctor wont call me until tomorrow. I had a miscarriage in July and now I'm getting positive tests and my hcg is going up every day. But I'm also bleeding a light flow everyday. Its red mixed with stretchy cervical mucus.They said it could be an incomplete miscarriage but why would my hcg be rising? Anyone have any experience or advice? I know I just have to be patient but it's making me worry about my health.
