BD and ovulating advice

First time TTC. Glow says I ovulate in 2 days time. I’m not entirely sure this is correct as my last period started 2 days before Glow predicted it would. When should I BD? I have absolutely no idea and would appreciate any advice 🙏🏼👼🏻
