8DPO need help!

So for the past 2-4 ive had small/medium amounts of EWCM and I am 8DPO. Today, I’ve had good size amounts of lotion-like CM. I’ve also had some mild cramping/pulling in my ovaries and some back pain. Has anyone ever had this and gotten a BFP?!

I took a hpt for giggles and I swear I can see the start of a faint line within the time frame, but I also am unsure if it could be an indent. I used pregmates, has anyone noticed indents with those?! TIA!
