need advice on new job issue lol

so, i work as a newly hired EMT.

We can to choose our schedule during orientation. Whatever days work for us.

I have been doing Th, Fr, Saturday because of my school schedule at the beginning of the week.

I tried to switch it up this week and do Sunday, Thursday, Friday....

WELL!!!!

Last night, i forgot my car keys inside one of the ambulances and they went on a call. so i waited for them to come back and by the time I got off it was 9:00. i was supposed to be off at 6:30.

So i went to the charge medic and asked to switch me back to Th, Fri, Saturday since it was late and I have an hour drive home just to be back at 6am...

I feel like I made a mistake and they’re gonna be mad at me. I feel like they’re all thinking “she needs to just get over it and be tired.” but idk...

idk if i’m overthinking or what or if this really looks bad?
