I'm currently 11w6d and felt that my nausea has gone up the roof. I went from eating with occassional dry heaving to eating & struggling to keep food down. I've been eating small light foods, chewing ginger chews candy and drinking few sips of water. I have canada dry ginger ale cans at home but havent touched it cuz im unsure of how safe it is for me to have. Does it have a lot of caffeine compared to others or does it only contain low caffeine?
