Spotting for 4days

Hi my name is tiani I was 4days late for my period then I started spotting light pink for 4days then next i stop but when came to 10:50 at night I awake up in I had a cramps and to toilet and piss a big clots n blood and look like miscarriage I just cried called my mum n next is today went to doctors they told that have have a scan tomorr see what going on with me and I had a blood test too.
