Question

How soon can you go to the Doctors to get a blood test done to confirm pregnancy?
I have taken two pregnancy test at home and both were positive. One was taken yesterday morning. Seconds was taken this morning. 
I may be like 2 weeks pregnant not sure, did miss my period for this month!  But not sure how soon to go to the Doctors for a test??? HELP.

Most doctors just confirm in office with a urine test unless you have issues or underlying conditions. Pregnancy is counted but the first day of your last period until date scan is done. Most will see you between 8-9 weeks but call your doctor and ask. Congratulations and good luck

You can get a blood test now. Probably 3 or 4 weeks along.

I called after finding out I was pregnant but they didn't schedule me for an appointment till I was about 8 weeks

Depends on the office. I called the very next business day after getting a ppt and they instantly sent me for blood work that same day.

Call your OB and they will schedule you an appt. unless you have a history of miscarriage they probably won’t confirm with blood they will do an ultrasound between 7-12 weeks.
