I need to lose 35 pound and I’m breast feeding and that’s not helping but I’m doing well with exercising but the foods I eat they are not making me full! I’m counting my calories and am eating 1,800 and I’m never satisfied well the other day I have pancakes for breakfast and I was literally full all day! Why doesn’t healthy food make you full and when it does it’s only for like an hour until I’m start again. Everyone tells me to eat Protein and I do but even that doesn’t make me full. Also I can only eat so much protein because it’s usually a lot of calories. I’m also a vegetarian but what can I do to make myself full with healthy food? I also drink a gallon of water a day and that doesn’t help either
