How old were you at your first Gynecologist appointment?

I am 26 and have never been to a gynecologist 🥴. *cringe* I know. I was a virgin until I got married at age 24, so I never saw a point in going. Makes no sense, I know. 🥴

Now that I’m almost 27 and have been TTC for the past 3 months (unsuccessfully), I am even more anxious because I really don’t know what’s going on in there. I don’t expect any concerns or complications, as I have very normal cycles, never had a late or missed period and never had any kind of infections. I regret my negligence with seeing a gynecologist, but I finally have my first appointment in October.
