B6 for nausea
I saw my obgyn today. I mentioned I’ve had bad nausea and she told me to take b6 the highest dosage 3x a day. I went to my pharmacy, gave them the script and I purchased 100 mg. I was reading up on b6 for nausea and that dose seems awfully high! Has anyone ever taken this much b6 for nausea?
