Next ultrasound on Wednesday

I will be 17 weeks tonight. My last ultrasound was in 2nd September. My next will be day after tomorrow, Wednesday. On my last ultrasound they said I have a Subchorionic hematoma which has been an on and off issue since week 6.

I am exhausted to my core worrying about this pregnancy. I have no bump and I don’t feel any movement. I have read that second trimester loss has no symptoms. I cannot stop thinking about negative thoughts.
