Bleeding

I’m sorry if this is overreacting but I’m 6 weeks with my first pregnancy and I had a small amount of brown discharge that wasn’t even enough to transfer to my underwear but was there when I wiped. Then I noticed I was having light cramping and I went to the restroom again where when I wiped there was red blood. I checked after about 30 mins and now there’s some more light brown blood and I’m still having some cramping. My mom and sister said if I fill up a bad then to be worried and that this pretty normal. Can I have some of y’all’s inputs? It would be very appreciated
