Pregnant again after 5 week miscarriage ..

I’m pregnant again after a 5 week miscarriage at the end of July . I found out yesterday. I am having a hard time trying to remain positive. I’m so scared . I am praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby . Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after miscarriage? I’m trying to be optimistic! 😩
