Can you take all mastitis pills at once?

So I have mastitis and also a colic 7 week old and crazy toddler. My day is basically packed with non sense and my newborn won’t sleep unless it’s on me. If I move he wakes up and won’t sleep again til hours later because he becomes overtired quickly. So I’m finding it almost impossible to take pills 4 times a day. I haven’t taken them in days cause I just have no time and I’m exhausted and forget. So can I take the 4 pills at once everyday? Or do you have to wait between each pill?
