Always discreet after c-section..

So, this is my second baby my last was a c-section baby and I would LOVE to not do everything wrong again lol.. I had bought "granny panties" just for me to cut them at the waist so nothing was touching my incision at all lol.. Im thinking about maybe getting always discreet underwear for afterwards so im

Not wasting money on new underwear just to be destroyed.. any c-section mommas that have used these and it worked well for you? Any other tips? I feel like I did everything wrong last time and was always uncomfortable!
