TTC After Miscarriage

Ladies how do y’all get back at it after miscarriage? This is my first miscarriage I had three successful pregnancies and this pregnancy I just had was crazy from the beginning. My husband and I wanted to wait till to try again but I think that is out of the window. Miscarriage was this last Thursday. We started having unprotected sex on Saturday. He came even though we agreed to wait. But to my understanding keep taking prenatal follow a healthy diet etc. Any advice I feel very new to this despite having three kids.
