Implantation Bleeding

So, I think I ovulated about 9-10 ago. Today, I went to the bathroom and had VERY light pinkish bleeding. Yesterday, I had very strange cramps on just one side and random light cramps in my lower back. I also was very drained and tired all day yesterday. Maybe it’s in my head, but could this be implantation?

And if it is implantation, when can I take a pregnancy. I will also add that my period is very irregular since I had laparoscopic surgery. So, I’m not real sure when I will get another period.
