Progesterone??

Sorry for the TMI ahead of time. I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant and have been on the vaginal inserts of progesterone 3 times a day since my positive pregnancy test. Has anyone else had very light bleeding on this? The remnants usually come out throughout the day, but now they are tinged with light pink blood.

Are you using the applicators? It could be that when you push the pessary in it might aggravate your cervix.
I used progesterone in my first pregnancy. Then in my second I was told not to use the applicator for that reason for a thrush pessary.
As the other person has said, it could also be unrelated. If you’re unsure, always check with midwife/doctor xx

are they pink/red? my doctor recommended them weeks ago but i didn’t think my levels were low enough (20.1) and they never retested my blood and i’ve confirmed heartbeat with two ultrasounds so i felt okay not taking it. my doctor did say that depending on what color it was, it would look like i might be bleeding or spotting and to insert them at night so they dissolve or whatever while you’re sleeping and so they don’t fall out

No. I did have a tinge of pink blood early in pregnancy though and the two things could be completely unrelated.
