Super anxiety about tomorrow !

Okay so my hcg levels on the 13th were 155 at 3w5d (day I found out I was pregnant ) and on Monday they had more then double to 575. But I work in a hospital and the emerg Dr knows I'm a bit of a stress case...and with pregnancy complications such as EP running in the women in my family and the painful cramps I've been having...I go for an ultrasound tomorrow morning at 4w6d. I'm worried because I don't know if they'll even be able to tell if the little blob has started growing in the right spot...has anyone had a ultrasound this early and seen the GS in the right spot?
