OPKs on Night Shift
Hello!
I’m on a night shift schedule. I typically go to bed sometime between 3am to 7:30am and usually wake up around 2pm to 3pm.
When using OPKs, what time do I need to be testing? Do I use FMU?
Also, what time do I need need to be testing when testing twice a day?
