Healthy eating

Finally got myself some healthier alternatives to things I’ve been craving! With already being overweight and needing to limit the weight gain, along with my glucose test in a few weeks, I figured it was time to make some changes to my diet. I’ve been indulging in pretty much whatever I want, which includes a lot of junk. Popcorn instead of chips, yogurt covered raisins instead of a candy bar, whole grain cereal instead of Apple Jacks or fruit loops, apple sauce and oranges instead of gummies. It’s not celery and carrots, but it’s a hell of a lot better than what I’ve been eating and I’m really excited!
