Cramping during pregnancy!

Hey! I was just wondering if anyone experienced cramping early on in pregnancy?

I and 3-4 weeks, and I have been having cramps and some constipation.

Is this a normal thing? Please let me know your experiences! This is my first pregnancy and I’m just so paranoid lol.
