I can’t take it anymore!!

Ladies to be honest im at the point i don’t know if it’s me or my boyfriend and his parents. Little backstory my son was diagnosed with a ear infection on Saturday. Today my son stayed with my mom and when we picked him up at 3 pm she had her windows up and front door open with the screen door closed. Not cold in the house at all... so everytime my son comes back from my moms house my boyfriends parents automatically have to come looking for my son every time! By the way they live right next door😑🙄 It bothers me so much!! Anyway fast forward to 8pm tonight his parents watched our son while we got some doorbells installed because he’s scared of the drill noise while we’re outside I see them walking up the street with my son in a wagon.. like why would you bring a 11 month old with a ear infection out in the cold at night I don’t even take my son out in the daytime without bundling up lately because the temperature has changed drastically and my boyfriend didn’t want to say anything to them and me and his parents have had arguments about our son before and I don’t wanna be the one to keep saying things to them... but that’s my rant and I would like some advice to how to deal with grandparents that are overstepping???
