Worry

Do you all constantly worry about yr bfs safety?

I am sooo in love with him the thought of losing him to any kind of accident scares me beyond belief. I always knock on wood whenever i have a hypothetical what if thought about his safety

I dont like worrying so much or constantly knocking on wood, but im not sure how to go about worrying less. When i think of my friends or relatives i know theyre all fine and i dont worry, so i want to be able to feel the same about him too. Any helpful advice?
