FIBROID QUESTION

hi ladies. I have an issue . So i have a fibroid that is causing me pain, im 15 weeks pregnant. I was in so much pain yesterday i was in tears. I went to the er where i never got seen. Went to the doc today and he basically blew me off. He said well its only 3cm so it shouldnt hurt that bad. He didnt do a sono to see if maybe it had gotten bigger. He didnt do shit. He basically told me to take some tylenol, lay down, and wait it out till i have the baby. Was this the correct approach ? Should he have done more? I know women who had fibroid pain and their docs gave them some sort of relief.
