Who would really cancel a visitation with their own child because they're sick? What would you do as a full time parent with a sick child???

Having an illness is not a valid reason for denying patenting time. So in that case I'd still get the child, sick or not I'd want to see them.

If it were some extreme situation like I have a newborn and my stepchild had chicken pox or influenza or something more serious, then I can see cancelling. But if its just me and my stepkid had a cold, I def wouldn't cancel.

Thanks ladies.  I've been a little annoyed with my ex lately because every time our child is sick, he cancels his visits.  I wouldn't care, but my toddler is always sad when he cancels last minute.  I was just curious if I was being crazy or if other moms thought the same way as me - that you still take the child because that's what being a parent means.

Wht type of question is that!?😦 You would continue with your visit & do what us mothers do,,nurse your child back to health,,so I guess I'll give my kids away each & every time their sick
