TMI idk what these bumps are. Help

I shaved and noticed these bumps/lumps. They aren’t sore, they don’t hurt at all and they don’t pop. Like, they just exist there and have been for a few weeks now. I started shaving more so maybe that’s the issue? But I don’t know. Is it an STD? If so, I have absolutely no other symptoms. Help me out here, please
