7 days late period on Clomid and 2 negative pregnancy test

So I started taking clomid 50mg last December. Everything was good and consistent since then. My periods were 31-34days. My period were never been late on my 9 rounds of clomid. I am always on time not until now, I am 7 days late (from 34CD) (almost 6weeks since my last period) and 2 negative test, 1st test was on my 4th day and today my 7th day. Before I was late I have swollen boobs and also back pain that I always have before period. But now I don't have any symptoms except back pain (hips part), feels like i am fertile coz my temparature is so high my husband said maybe i have a fever but I don't have 😂🤣, I am always hot, always hungry, and peeing a lot. I am willing to wait to test until 7 weeks and then I am planning to call my OB for bloodtest and scan. What do you think? Please advice. Thanks.
