What does this look like?

12 - 13 dpo and I’ve had some twinge feelings. As well as some lower back cramps not the norm though. I have had increased discharge that was kind of like mucus with a slight yellow tint as well for the last week. Now this. Any suggestions? No smell no itch. Nothing in underwear only this when I wipe. Its different for my norm so just wanted to see what others think sorry in advance for the TMI
