Life sucks

I’ve had a really shitty year and last year too so really life just hasn’t been great . I’m sure it hasn’t been great for a lot of you too. Everything that I can’t control keeps happening from both of my dogs dying to sexual assault , idk how to deal with all this pain. I have crippling anxiety can barely move or leave the house . And every down keeps putting me at A1 of going back into my hermit and not wanting to do anything . I’m failing college , I will lose my college FASFA if I don’t pass this semester . Everything just blows therapy don’t help they just tell me to take medication .
