Best bra for sore boobs?
I’ve been struggling with sore breast during my luteal phase for a few months now and I need recommendations for a soft comfy bra!! I have already tried low impact sports bras from fabletics as well as high impact sports bras from fabletics and I have regular bras from Victoria’s Secret (the no underwire one and t-shirt bras).
Every month is seriously painful 😣 help!! Any recommendations welcome!
