Abnormal anatomy scan

I’m 19 weeks pregnant and had my anatomy scan yesterday. At my 12 week scan for chromosome abnormalities ultrasound and blood work all came back low risk and everything looked great. Just got a call from my doctor today after my anatomy scan yesterday and he said that my baby had thickened Nuchal fold and back of the neck skin. They also saw that his stomach was measuring a little small. Now I am in tears and sick to my stomach. They have me going back for more testing in a couple weeks. Has anyone had this happen to them? What was your outcome?
