What’s going on?!

Sooo I’m having weight loss surgery in a few months but I have to wait to get another IUD. Hubby has been taking 50,000 HCG and clomid to up his levels. Of course we don’t use protection i didn’t think anything of it since we have been trying 17 months no success yet. I ovulated Monday and I’m so tired I passed out while booking a hotel in bed lol I’m cramping and feel pressure by my right ovary. And a C mad increase of CM WHICH IS NOT NORMAL FOR ME. I think I am almost 3dpo. I know for a fact it is way too early so I’m not one of those people that are asking am I pregnant?! 😂😂But is there anyone who has experienced this?? I slept pretty good last night so idk why I’m so exhausted. Can someone please help a sista 😂😂😂🙏🏾😫 ***I AM NOT TRYING TO CONCEIVE WHILE GETTING SURGERY. I didn’t track my fertile window and didn’t use protection that is why I am asking...😬 this was a decision I made this month and I can’t get an iud until I get my period. my husband is taking those meds to increase his T also those who know a man’s T affects ALOT.**hope that helps confused readers.
