cant get pregnant😔

we’ve been together for almost 3 yrs now 2 yrs married. we never use anything but i never got pregnant yet, but the thing is he always cum so fast like 2 minutes maybe idk and we only do it 2 times a week or sometimes once a week 🙄🙄🙄. so how can i get pregnant amd i want it so bad😩 he keep saying he want to use the V thing so it will long last but im scared cause he might have heart problem amd he smoke a lot too🥺 and he doesn’t want to go to the doctor cause we dont have money for it. too hard when u wanted is to have a baby at least 1 but its not happening😭
