Too small follicles, most likely not ovulating
Went to the doctors this week and had an ultrasound to look at my ovaries. Doctor said there are lots of small follicles but they are all under 1mm when they should be over 2mm for succesfull ovulation. She said there needs to be a dominant follicle to grow and then travel down the tubes to ovulate and it doesn't look like that's happening for me (been TTC for over a year and have only had 1 period).
She also took bloodwork and from that looks like my hormones are low and there really is no hope for ovulation this month. So I'm bummed. Talking with her next week about endocrinologist refferals.
I know this is prime PCOS but just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and what they have done to help regulate ovulation and hopefully gotten pregnant? I'm on metformin and taking 'smoo supplements but happy to try anything/everything. Thanks ❤️
