Spotting after sex- would you call doctor?

Last night after I had sex with my fiancé, I noticed right away bright pink spotting after I wiped. I’m 11w4d and this is the first time it’s happened, though we haven’t had sex very often since I found out I was pregnant (maybe once a week). The spotting stopped right away and there’s been nothing at all today. It was very light. Is this something I should call my doctor about? I’m hoping it’s just an irritated cervix, but I can’t help but worry. I do have my NT scan on Monday.
