The top picture is concerning, the bottom number is what they worry more about. With my first pregnancy I was put on bed rest for blood pressure that high even if it wasn't 100% consistent it was still high. I was also induced because of it. My doctor said for me to watch out for anything 140/100 because I am at risk for hypertension with my second pregnancy.

That first bottom number is high enough that it's worth a call to your dr. Basically because mine would spike up like that, I had to go on modified bedrest to keep it down and they tested my urine and did an NST frequently to monitor me for preeclampsia, and eventually I got induced. Your numbers are spiking up high enough that they may put you on bedrest and preeclampsia watch.
