Dietitian or someone who knows a lot about healthy lifestyles and foods!!!

I can’t afford to go to a doctor or a dietitian. I don’t have insurance so the cost would be ridiculous

I’ve done research but I still don’t understand anything I’m trying to figure out

I’m looking to lose about 100lbs in a year...... roughly 2 lbs a week

I want my weight loss to be 80% diet and 20% workouts because at the moment I don’t think it’s safe for me to do workouts beyond walking or lifting light weights.

I think meal prepping will be the easiest thing to help with that because I hate cooking and try to always go with a fast option so if I can meal prep that takes out the time of cooking and it is just a grab and go meal with less stress

My problem is that I need to meal prep 3 meals a day but I have diet restrictions

I can’t have eggs because I’m super allergic

I’m lactose intolerant

And I really think it would be best for me to cut our gluten because I have pcos

I have no idea where to start with recipes and what not

I want to have roughly 1,350 calories a day because that will help lose 2 lbs a week.

But I have no idea where to start with recipes and adding up all the calories and everything

If someone on here can help that would be amazing!!! Maybe point me in the right direction of a website with meal plan ideas or something or maybe just give your own meal plan ideas?

I especially don’t know what to do for breakfast because a lot of Weightloss meal plans include eggs because of their protein but like I said I can’t have eggs

So if someone can help with a good breakfast option or a meal replacement shake that would be amazing!!!!
