UPDATED: hCG levels?

Question

UPDATE: I got my period this morning, 4 days after stopping the suppositories, estrogen and PIO. On to the next cycle!
As you all know, I had my FET on September 10th - transferred 2 embryos (4AA & 4AB). 
I went in for my first BETA on September 18th - 8dp5dt and it came back positive at 15. 
I went in on September 21st - 11dp5dt - three days later and it went up to 42. 
I went back for a third time on September 23rd and it came back at 46. 
They called me later that afternoon to tell me to stop the medications and let it pass since my levels weren’t doubling appropriately.
How long will it take for my hCG levels to get back down to 0? 
I’ve read online for people who are over the hundreds or thousands it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to lower to 0. But since my levels were below 50 how long do you think it could take?

My first chemical my level was 16. I started to bleed 2 days after I stopped my meds and then another 2-3 days later once my levels dropped entirely. This last time my levels got to 122 before they stopped rising. I stopped my meds and started to bleed 4 days later. My levels dropped to zero about 2-3 days after I started to bleed. I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s literally the worst 🙁. Hang in there!

I'm so sorry to hear it, I hoped things would work out for you! 
With one of my chemicals that only got to 250, I was back to zero within 2 weeks (can't remember exactly, but quickly).
With the other my hCG was up to about 2500, and it took a bit under 2 months to return a negative :(

Im sorry Dana. Its horrible to see the lines and then not work out. With my chemical  i got a period a week after stopping meds. Post period HCG was down enough to get a negative HPT ( we didn't have do bloods).

I just realized you transferred 2 embryos. I’m a little surprised they had you stop your meds so soon because I’ve heard that sometimes with twins you might just miscarry one, which can cause your levels to slow or drop, even though the other is still growing. They must be confident enough that the levels were too low for even 1? Ugh this is a blessing and a curse with IVF because we have so much control of our hormones that it’s so hard to make decisions like that. 
I would think that with a level as low as 46 it shouldn’t take long at all to go down. I’m still so sorry you’re going through this 💔❤️

my chemicals it took me about 5-7 days for my hcg to drop completely. My first was at 43 and then dropped to a 5 .. 2 days later and stopped meds and got my flow about 5 day’s after that. My 2nd my beta was at a 115 and then 2 days later dropped to a 65 and then got my period about 7 days later. Im so sorry this happened, I know how you feel. Take it easy! ❤️ Hugs
