Any nurses out there?!

Hi!!! I’m a sorta newbie nurse. A little over a year. I recently changed jobs to better fit my life.. but I’ve notified at both places I work that the women literally put other nurses down and talk about them constantly. It used to bother me but now I just let it go bc at the end of the day I’m not there to make friends. I was just curious if other nurses have noticed this happening in their work places as well. I see a lot of experienced nurses bullying newer nurses (like myself) and it breaks my heart!
