Anyone with low mobility in hands

I have AS and I can feel my hands getting weaker and weaker lately and it's scary. I often drop things because I can't get a good enough grip on them, and I'm struggling to unplug things lately. I'm in my early 30s and currently not seeing a Rheumatologist, I guess I'm in denial a bit about the whole thing.

Anyone with the same issue have any tips and tricks for me?
