Covid and parenting

Hi looking for advise.

I went back to work for a couple of weeks following maternity leave and I caught Covid off a colleague.

I have 2 small kids. Both under 3. I suddenly stopped breastfeeding coz I wasn’t sure if I would pass it on to baby or not.

Any here caught Covid whilst having to look after kids? Any advise?

At the moment I am trying to stay Separate and wear gloves and mask. Obviously antibacterial cleaning everything I touch and washing my hands but I’m exhausted.

It’s heartbreaking not hugging and kissing my babies. When I got tested they came back negative but still catch it off of me At the moment
