Too much blood loss postpartum? Tmi

Is this too much blood to be losing 2 weeks postpartum? It has not slowed or changed color. This is within an hour. I'm nervous cause my hemoglobin is already dangerously low. Or does it look normal?
Hemoglobin was at 7 when l was discharged.

In my experience I was filling up a pad and tampon within an hour (together). My doctor was not concerned and just offered me birth control, but she was also a shitty doctor who did not listen to any of my concerns. I would contact your doctor and see if there is at least anything they recommend doing or if they are concerned.

Call the doctor. Any concerns you should always let them know. Everyone is different and everyone's post patrum will vary. I am a bleeder normally so for me that amount would be normal. Also I am anemic. After the birth of our 3rd my hemoglobin was at a 2.
