My friend just found out she's pregnant

But during the time she ovulated from when she missed her period, she smoked meth and took 3 or 4 vyvanse pills to focus on school. I have already shared with her no matter what drug use is bad, she is so scared and so am i. I want to be there for her, but don't know how. How bad is it that she smoked meth a couple times? Since she found out she has never done it again and has also quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey. I know she has her heart in the right place, we're just worried what potential effect that baby might have since she smoked during the "tww" ?? She wasn't trying to concieve either.
