Should i call L&D?

All day I’ve had off and on pain at the top of my stomach and my cervix at the same time. My stomach is super tight, my back is so sore, and you can feel baby’s every movement.

The last hour they’ve gotten increasingly worse to where I had to stop driving so I could take a second to breathe. They almost feel like intense period cramps.

I’m 36 +3 and I don’t want to be dramatic if I call lol but it’s also my first and I haven’t felt anything like this yet.
