Dry Patch😰

Im currently 29wks+4days and i noticed a dry rough patch on my neck just under my chin and its hurts like when i rub it it has that dry feel to it and it burns like its chafe and no matter what i out on it it just IRRITATES me .. when i turn my neck , look up , look down.. and i was using Dove soap as well and then switched to Caress for like a week or so because its the body wash but i think i just better go back to Dove because this has never happened unless its a pregnancy symptom. Did any of you mommies or mommies to be have this when switching soaps or just have it ?
